TRASH COLLECTION DAY: THURSDAY
Trash cans should be placed curbside the night before or no later than 6:30 a.m. on collection day and removed from the curb twelve (12) hours after service. Residents that leave their trash cans out past the allowable period will receive warnings and may be called to a hearing at which they may be fined or have common area privileges suspended.
MEETING REMINDER
The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting will be on March 18, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. via teleconference. Open Forum begins promptly at the beginning of the meeting.
ASSOCIATION PARKING
Please ensure you park your vehicle in designated locations (garage or designated parking space, permitted street parking). Please do not leave your vehicle or that of someone visiting you parked or running in the courtyard outside of your home for more than a few minutes to load or unload items or passengers from said vehicle. This is a violation of the Association’s CC&Rs and the Association’s Fine and Enforcement Policy will be followed.
MAIL THEFT
Mail theft was reported recently in the community. This is a reminder to check your mail on a daily basis Mail theft is a serious crime, and should you become the victim of such an event it is recommended you report it immediately. Report stolen mail immediately to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) at 877-876-2455 or online, as this is a federal crime. For stolen packages, use the “Where is my package?” form, and for stolen letters, use “Where is my mail?” on the USPS website. It is also recommended to report stolen mail to law enforcement.
