As we enter a the new year, we want to remind all residents about the dog policies at Cornerstone. When in the common area, make sure that the dog is on a leash and held by a capable person. Furthermore, the Association provides dog waste stations throughout the property for residents to use for picking up and disposing of animal waste. Residents must throw their used bags into the disposal bin and not leave them in the grass area or bushes.
It has been reported that multiple residents have been leaving their trash cans in front of their garages, which is not allowed.
This is a reminder for all residents that their trash cans must be placed behind their fence and cannot be left in any location in the common area.
If you have any questions about where trash cans can be stored, please do not hesitate to contact the community manager at rdarby@actionlife.com.
We want to remind all residents that if they see suspicious activity that they immediately report it to the police department. We have recently had incidents in the community with unauthorized individuals using the community facilities. Please do not assume that someone else will call or has called the police. Below is a list of suspicious activities that should be called in to the police.
• Suspicious individuals walking in the community
• Suspicious vehicles with individuals inside of it
• Individuals using drugs in the community
• Individuals walking along the perimeter of the community (view glass or wrought iron)
• Any tent encampments in or around the community
If you feel that the threat is immediate where someone may be harmed or theft may occur, call 9-1-1.
If the suspicious activity is not an immediate threat, call the Laguna Niguel Police Department at (949) 770-6011.

Management has received several complaints about residents and/or guests speeding on Cornerstone Circle. Please be mindful that the speed limit is 15 MPH in the community and that residents are walking in the street.

Trash cans should be placed at the curbside the night before or no later than 6:30 a.m. on collection day and removed from the curb twelve (12) hours after service. Management has received reports of trash cans staying in the street until Saturday and Sunday at times.
Trash cans that are left out on the curb on Friday afternoon will begin to be cited and may result in a hearing and fine.
We would like to remind all homeowners that trash cans should be placed at the curbside the night before, or no later than 6:30 a.m. on collection day and removed from curbside within 12 hours after service.
