Slurry Project
The Association will be sealing the asphalt as part of normal maintenance on October 19th through the 22nd. Below is the schedule as outline.

During the listed road closure, both the courtyards and the street will be closed and vehicles that drive on the road will be called to a hearing and will be assessed the cost for the damages and possibly have their common area privileges suspended. If you do not need your vehicle during that time, we strongly recommend residents to keep their vehicles parked inside as exterior parking will be limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
*We are aware that the 22nd is trash can day. It is fine for residents to place their trash can on the street as the Association will be opening the road for the trash truck only on October 22nd.
